The word "pharmacy"is derived from the Greek word(
pharmakon),meaning "drug" or "medicines".
Pharmacy is art and science of preparing and dispensing medicines,It is the health profession that links the health sciences with the chemical sciences and it is charged with ensuring the safe and effecting use of pharmaceutical drugs.
